Privacy notice

Last updated on 28 October 2026

This notice explains which data TenderMatch uses to contact companies, why, and what your rights are.

Who is responsible

TenderMatch, reachable at info@tendermatch.be.

Which data and where it comes from

Your company’s name, its VAT number, the tender your company won, and the name and email address of the contact person. This data comes from public contract award notices in TED, the European Union’s journal for public procurement.

If you reply or request early access yourself, we also keep our emails and our notes from the conversation.

Why

To ask you once for a conversation about how you work with public tenders, with at most one reminder, and to prepare that conversation. If you request early access, we also use your data to keep you updated about TenderMatch.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): understanding how companies that win public tenders work. Your data is not sold and not used for bulk mailing.

How long

At most 12 months after the first contact. If you say you don’t want to be contacted, we delete your data straight away and only keep a note that you don’t want to be contacted again.

Who it is shared with

Nobody, except the service providers that make the work possible: Microsoft for email and calendar, and Hostinger for this website.

This website

This website uses no cookies and no analytics, and loads nothing from third parties.

Your rights

You can see, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Email info@tendermatch.be to do so. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
